Before founding DataPelago, he was CTO at Fungible, where he built an elite engineering team and advanced the architecture of the Data Processing Unit (DPU), a new computing component in data centers. Previously, as a Distinguished Engineer at Cavium, he developed accelerators for the OCTEON family of multi-core processors. His career also includes roles at Cisco and Oracle, specializing in networking and data systems. Rajan holds 200+ patents, a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar Institute, and a Master’s in Computer Science from Stanford.

JG is a visionary technology leader who has driven multi-billion-dollar growth across data, AI, and cloud platforms. At DataPelago, he drives strategy and execution across product innovation, go-to-market, and strategic partnerships. As Executive Vice President, he helped conceive and scale flagship offerings like SAP Build, SAP Business Data Cloud, and SAP's generative AI copilot Joule, while driving SAP's most strategic partnerships. He also served as Chief Marketing & Solutions Officer. At Microsoft, he led commercial strategy and global marketing for Azure including Databases, Analytics, and AI and advanced groundbreaking partnerships with Databricks and others. He held executive roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and ProQuest, and co-founded Sarvega, a datacenter technology pioneer acquired by Intel. He serves on the advisory council for the University of Chicago's Center for Applied AI and holds a master’s in computer science from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Dan is a proven leader in enterprise analytics with a successful track record of driving growth at scale. Before DataPelago, he was a corporate officer at Teradata, where he played a pivotal role shaping the landscape for enterprise-scale analytics across global marketing, engineering, product management, and cloud delivery teams supporting over 5,000 associates. His career includes 15 years in US and international sales, where he earned the Chairman's Award as the top global sales leader. Previously, he worked at the forefront with customers to deliver business value and innovation across enterprise data solutions. He is also an investor in DataPelago. Dan holds a Master's in Business Management with distinction from Northwestern University's Kellogg School and a Bachelor's in Computer Science, summa cum laude, from Angelo State University.

Lakshmipathi is a distinguished technologist with a successful track record of  architecting and implementing internet scale platforms. At DataPelago, he spearheads the architecture and implementation of DataPelago's innovative accelerator-centric GenAI & analytics platform, leveraging his extensive experience in designing application-specific accelerators for data analytics, networking, and storage. Previously, he was part of the CTO group at Fungible, where he developed pattern matching and compression accelerators for the industry's first Data Processing Unit. His career also includes contributions at Cavium, focusing on hardware accelerators for the OCTEON family of processors. Satya holds over 100 patents and an MS in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

John is a seasoned executive in enterprise applications and cloud computing with a successful track record of driving innovation across data analytics and enterprise-scale systems. Before joining DataPelago, he served as CTO & COO at Emergys, overseeing global development for cloud-based applications including ERP and AI services. Previously, at Microsoft, he launched health monitoring and analytics for Bing, handling over a petabyte of data daily. As CTO of Skytap, he developed the Skytap Cloud and CSC CloudLab services that transformed enterprise cloud delivery. His career also includes leadership roles at HP, where he pioneered innovations in server virtualization and data center automation. John holds multiple patents and publications, a Ph.D. from UCLA, and degrees from BITS, Pilani.

Alay is an accomplished product leader with a successful track record of building innovative solutions across SaaS and cloud infrastructure, specializing in data and security platforms. With over 20 years in technology, he has driven numerous 0-1 products at startups, multinationals, and his own companies. Before joining DataPelago, he served as VP & GM at Very Good Security, managing PII and sensitive data compliance solutions. Previously, he was Head of Product at Shoreline (now Nvidia), overseeing incident management and telemetry systems. His career also includes leading product management at AWS, where he enhanced S3 capabilities and developed AWS Lake Formation. Earlier, Alay founded and led product initiatives across multiple technology companies. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania  and a Masters from Rutgers.
